Bio
Farsaing is the Sync Artist persona of John Naylor & Meliesa McDonell.

John is a lifelong music producer whose specialty genres include rock/pop, acoustic mood music, and some orchestral hybrids. His work has garnered placements globally and also in online advertising. He's excited to graduate with an Entertainment Business Master of Science degree in early 2025, bringing his seasoned management and leadership skills from a decades-long military career to a higher plain immediately after graduation in the sync industry.

Meliesa cut her teeth fronting an original rock band on the famed Hollywood Sunset Strip. A veteran touring and recording artist, she has numerous record releases and has toured internationally. Most recently, she’s become a prolific lyricist and vocalist for over 400 online production projects, including many songs specifically written for sync licensing. Her writing style for sync provides the descriptive imagery needed to help make any media production come alive!

Meliesa’s vocals are best described by her motto: “Passion, power and precision”.
​
In 2023, John and Meliesa developed material for Farsaing, their newly-conceived Sync Artist persona. One of the songs from this husband-and-wife sync songwriting team won an award for “Most Licensable Track” at Jesse Josefsson’s SyncUp ’24, an esteemed accolade from a community of over one thousand members.

Since there is no actual Sync Agent, there was not really a need.

It's a mocked-up song for school, a Full Sail creation;

Perhaps some day, we'll really write it for a sync situation.

In the meantime, I have chosen to make lyrics for this note;
Hoping my professor will accept these as fake lyrics that I wrote.
